FEES

 

I charge a flat rate fee of £5.75 per hour, within core hours; this includes the cost of child care, snacks and consumables for a variety of activities which your child will participate in such as art and craft materials.   For families with more than one child, I will offer a 10% discount for the eldest child.

 

Should childcare be needed outside of core hours, including weekends or bank holidays, a fee of £11.50 per hour will be charged per child. Sibling discounts will not apply on these days.

 

Please note that fees are subject to review on an annual basis.  Contracts will be put in place prior to children starting with Steph’s Kiddiwinks and contracted days/hours will be jointly agreed.

 

In the event of your child’s absence due to illness, the full fee will still be charged.  However, if for any reason, I am unable to provide childcare, due to my own illness or that of my own children, no charges will be made.  I will also do my utmost to help with alternative child care but it is advisable to have a close friend or family member on-hand if this need arises.

 

If you wish to reserve a place for childcare, a retainer will be charged (depending on the number of hours required per week).  This can be discussed upon request.  Please note that all retainers are non-refundable.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

Parents/carers will be invoiced on a weekly basis and are payable by Saturday.  Payment should be made by cash, bank transfer, Tax Free Childcare Scheme  or valid childcare vouchers please.  There will be a fee of £5, added to the following week’s invoice, for each day that any payments are late.
